Q: When will I receive my order?
A: All items are hand made, please allow 7 business days to process your order.  Once your order is shipped you will receive a notification at the email address included with your order.  Shipping times vary depending on your location, please see the shipping tab for more info.

Q: My ears are sensitive, can I wear your earrings?
A: The earrings are made from wood and finished with acrylic paints or wood stain and varnish.  The backings and hooks are standard findings that are found in most costume jewelry.  They are made from metal which is both nickel and lead free.  If you have allergies or sensitivities to costume jewelry you can replace the hooks with findings of your own or wear at your own risk.

Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Local pick up is not available at this time.

Q: I received the wrong earrings/wrong colour/damaged earrings.  What do I do?
A: Contact us for replacement options.  Include the name and email address you used to place your order.

Q: I received an extra pair of earrings I didn't order.  How can I send them back?
A: All orders include a free gift from me, returns are not necessary and there are no exchanges.  Enjoy and thank you for your purchase!

Q: Why does my Paypal transaction show a different amount than my invoice?
A:  Product prices in currencies other than US dollars (USD) are approximate values and will ultimately depend on your bank and provider.  Upon checkout the total value for your goods will be displayed and charged in USD.

Q: Do you offer clip-on earrings?
A: Dangle styles can be converted into clip-ons on all purchased earrings.  Simply leave your preference in the special instructions/message to seller box during checkout.  Stud earrings are not available in clip on at this time.  Free gifts come in a pierced style only and can be converted using supplies from your local craft store.

Q: I purchased a wig, can I get the my favourite earrings included as my free gift?
A: Free gifts included vary and cannot be selected.  Items listed on ToniDaley.com are available for sale.  If you see a style you love simply purchase it to guarantee you will receive it!

Q: I don't want/like/wear my free gift, can I exchange it?
A: Free gifts cannot be exchanged.  Feel free to re-gift,  donate, sell, or give it away.
