Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Once your order is shipped you will receive a notification at the email address included with your order with tracking information. 

Q: My ears are sensitive, can I wear your earrings?
A: The earrings are made from wood and finished with acrylic paints or wood stain and varnish.  The backings and hooks are standard findings that are found in most costume jewelry.  They are made from metal which is both nickel and lead free.  If you have allergies or sensitivities to costume jewelry you can replace the hooks with findings of your own or wear at your own risk.

Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Local pick up is not available at this time.

Q: Why does my Paypal transaction show a different amount than my invoice?
A:  Product prices in currencies other than US dollars (USD) are approximate values and will ultimately depend on your bank and provider.  Upon checkout the total value for your goods will be displayed and charged in USD.

Q: You used to offer more products, where can I find them?
A: Due to the current tariff war, some products are now only offered locally.
